Liability for content
The contents of our web pages have been created with the utmost care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. As service providers, we are responsible for our own content on these sites following general laws, according to § 7 para. 1 TMG (German law). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG (German law), however, we as service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to research circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove information or block their usage under the general laws remain unaffected by this. Yet, liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. If we become aware of any such legal violations, we will immediately remove this content.
Liability for links
Our services contain links to external websites of third parties, on whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we can not assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the web pages is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. These were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at that time. However, permanent control of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.

Handling data
All data on our web servers is encrypted (AES 256).
Data is backed up locally, on also encrypted, closed storage devices. The backup of the Internet servers to the company servers is fully encrypted as well.
Cookies
We use cookies as soon as you use our websites. We do not use these for tracking or as an “improved service for you“, but rather because there is a technical necessity as soon as a login takes place or we have to store information.
However, session cookies also exist. As soon as you log in, it will be connected to your profile so that we can properly assign the login. Unfortunately, this is the only way possible from a technical perspective. As soon as you log out again, the cookie connection will be terminated immediately. A tracking is technically (as always) possible, but is not carried out by us, never, and not at any given time.
IPs
As you probably know, you access the Internet as well as our sites with your IP address. As soon as you visit one of our websites, our system knows your IP address and uses it to ensure communication between your browser and our servers. Unfortunately, this technical procedure is required. Furthermore, our servers do not store any IP addresses and do not perform tracking. As soon as you stop using our services, all connections between you and us will also be cut off and we will not have the possibility to read movements or other information.
Internal processing of your data
All data that we need from you for billing purposes is stored encrypted (AES256) and is also transmitted in our invoicing software (Warehouse) in encrypted form (SSL) via network to the respective clients. The retention obligation set by the tax office are effective for ten years (in Germany).
We do not distribute any data, generally not to third parties in sales, nor to an external accounting department or a tax consultant.
